ITT: The Roseland Trust is proud to work with the National Institute of Teaching, which is Ofsted Outstanding rated for its ITT provision. We work in collaboration with other trusts in Cornwall to deliver the National Institute of Teaching in our training offer. As a trainee teacher you would also follow our professional studies programme and also you will access all the staff training opportunities whilst on the placement within The Roseland Trust.

The Roseland Academy is also a Department of Education designated Teaching School hub. This means that we are responsible for all teachers in the first two years of their career in Cornwall. We deliver the statutory Early Career Teacher Programme with the National Institute of Teaching, so choosing us as a provider enables you to use the same programme from initial teacher training into your first years as a teacher.
